Job Description:

Performs as Systems Engineer/Systems Administrator of GCCS-J COP and I3 suite for AOC systems. Responsible for overall GCCS-J systems maintenance, troubleshooting and support for engineering solutions.

– Provides Tier 1 IT support and trouble call resolution. Resolves trouble calls; in person, over phone and through email. Maintains operational integrity of GCCS-J COP and GCCS-J I3 systems for AOC. Performs setup of user accounts, perform computer re-imaging, and data backup and restoration. Performs installation of software, software patches, and security updates to client systems. Loads, configures, and optimizes Solaris10 operating systems. Reviews, monitors, and analyzes system logs, and diagnoses and resolves related technical issues and deficiencies. Manages user network shares, permissions, and quotas and manage network printers and scanners. Assists in the accumulation, consolidation and documentation of proposed changes to GCCS-J I3 Support site configuration management activities by maintaining and providing GCCS-J I3 software, hardware, and configuration information

-Performs periodic database backups and database recoveries. Loads new databases reinitialize and reload databases as required. Monitors database performance and database storage allocations and maintains database configuration and parameter tables.

– Plans major server and system upgrades and integration and provides subject matter expertise for server-related issues and identify solutions to complex technical problems and requirements. Supports, configures, optimizes, and resolves issues related to Solaris 10, Sybase, and Web logic servers. Develops, tests, supports, configures, secures, optimizes, and resolves issues related to Server and Client System Loads and Login Scripts. Supports, configures, optimizes, and resolves issues related to Server Backups. Supports, configures, optimizes, and resolves issues related to Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Network Attached Storage (NAS). Supports, configures, optimizes, and resolves issues related to VMware virtual servers and Citrix XenApp and XenServer. Provides integrated solutions using: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows and Office software, server platforms, VMware, Citrix XenApp, and Microsoft Exchange Server and researches and provide solutions to complex technical issues

– Ensures servers are in compliance with DOD IA requirements and update servers that are not in compliance and reports suspicious activities identified through monitoring logs and audit files.


Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

8570 Certification (Security+ or higher)

Degree and 4+ years’ experience

Demonstrated experience with GCCS-J I3 and COP, Unix/Solaris 10 and MS Windows.

The Business Development Consultant II is responsible for the sale of online advertising and sponsorships on Runzheimer’s military housing referral website. Target advertising and/or sponsorship prospects include any company offering products/services to the military community and landlords/property managers, including consumer and education oriented products/services utilized by these audiences.The individual will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual annual revenue targets for sales of online advertising space and sponsorship packages.  A true “hunter,” the successful professional must have strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities with the ability to target potential advertising/sponsorship clients and develop relationships to acquire new accounts. Strong selling execution skills required to advance opportunities from initial prospecting through closure and ongoing contract renewals.  Sales territory consists of entire US. This individual can be located in Waterford or a remote location!

  • Develop sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and marketing lead generation
  • Successful experience identifying, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new online advertising/sponsorship sales
  • Ongoing account relationship and contract renewal management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meets and/or exceeds established performance metrics for prospecting, sales proposals and closed business
  • Develops and maintains an effective sales and marketing plan for selling online advertising and sponsorships targeted at both the military community and landlord/property manager audiences
  • Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue
  • Collaborates with Product Manager and AHRN Team members on industry, market and customer insights
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate administrative duties to include CRM, forecasting, pipeline and calendar


  • 2 -5 years of previous retail experience, customer service experience or in-field consumer marketing experience
  • Previous experience developing and/or managing events
  • Available to work at least 20-25 hours/week part-time, inclusive of some weekends
  • Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory. Access to local military base is preferred
  • Independent and self-motivated, but can be an effective part of a team as needed
  • Deadline-oriented time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices. Comfortable within the PC environment, and knowledgeable about consumer electronics
  • Capable of educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with consumers and retail associates
  • Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations
  • Friendly and Outgoing, well-connected within community, and the ability to network
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on understanding of social media that must include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and location-based services (like Foursquare).  Understanding of Pinterest is preferred
  • Regular access to e-mail, internet and digital camera or camera phone
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
  • Moderate physical activity will be required, e.g. setting up promotional material

  • Knowledge of online advertising sales process and support services
  • Successful experience identifying, qualifying and closing new business
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Experience with telesales/webinar-supported sales models
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Knowledge of online ad management systems (i.e., DFP) a plus
  • Decisive and energetic with professional, enthusiastic attitude
