A strong network is vital to your long-term career success, but recurrent PCS moves make the challenge of building a network even more difficult for career-minded military spouses.

To address this, In Gear Career has developed our Community Professional Networks (CPN) program, which will facilitate the creation of professional networks between military spouses and local business leaders.

In Gear Career’s CPN program will launch with our Tampa Local Chapter, and kick off with our Networking Event.
