While unemployed would you consider going back to college to obtain a PhD which would increase your debt and still not guarantee employment? (This question appeared on Linked In, but we thought we’d answer it here as well).

While I’m a huge believer in higher education, I don’t think a Ph.D. is a great way to increase your marketability or earning potential.  A Master’s degree, especially a marketable one like... (see more)
