We are currently seeking talented Relationship Manager. This Relationship Manager will spend five days a week at West Point.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Builds multi-generational relationships with our affluent members through various channels (e.g. phone, face-to-face, e-mail). Proactively designs, develops and delivers solutions that meet USAA's high net worth members'
individual financial needs. Under direct supervision, performs routine work assignments and problem resolution.
JOB DUTIES
* Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of industry products,
services, and processes.
* Ensures the delivery of wealth management capabilities. As
appropriate, introduces the member to a team of specialists to assist with financial planning, lending, insurance and Trust.
* Responsible for the identification and promotion of new business
opportunities.
* Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify
appropriate issues for escalation.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
* Up to two years relevant financial services experience.
* General knowledge of complex products and solutions tailored to
meet the needs of the affluent market.
* FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66).
* FINRA Series 65 or 66 (within 90 days).
* Life and Health license (within 90 days).
* Candidates may be hired without these licenses if they have a CFP,
however they must obtain these licenses within 90 days of hire.
Preferred
* Group 1 license.
* Strongly prefer at least two professional designations or work
towards CFP.
* Face-to-face financial services work experience with high net
worth individuals.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
