In Gear Career is excited to announce that we are officially a partner of LeanIn.Org.

LeanIn.Org, the women’s nonprofit founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, is a community committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their ambitions.

Through this partnership, the more than 20 Chapters of In Gear Career will have the ability to start Lean In Circles—small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together—and lead their membership, both women and men, through expert lectures, discussion guides and professional development exercises exclusive to members of the Lean In community.
